How Can severe Dizziness And Gastritis Be Treated?

hello. My fiance is having as he calls it gall bladder issues. He is having dull and throbbing pain, dizziness at times, and constant belching and gas. He states the pain comes from his right side of him. He is not wanting to go get this checked out by a doctor. I am wondering if there is anything that we can do to calm down these attacks that he continues to have. When will we know if this becomes something serious?

Hello,
Thank you for your query.

Would you clarify a few things for me, please?
*how old is he?
*what is his height and weight?
*does he smoke or consume alcohol?
*how long has he had these symptoms is it getting progressively worse?
*does he have any other symptoms like vomiting, fever, loose stools, constipation, altered stool or urine colour, yellow discoloration of the skin/eyes?
*does he have any other medical issues or take any medications?
*is the pain worse right after a meal or a couple of hours later?
*has he noticed any triggering or relieving factors?
*any pain while urinating or passing stools?

Right sided pain can mean more than just the gall bladder.
I recommend that he see a physician to check for a thorough examination and necessary tests.
He may need:
-ultrasound abdomen. A CT scan if clinically indicated
-blood tests (complete blood count, liver and kidney function tests, blood sugar levels, C Reactive protein, erythrocyte sedimentation rate)
-urine analysis.

Based in theses we can find tthe problem and treat appropriately.

In the mean time:
-avoid fatty/oily foods
-avoid spicy, salty and sugary foods
-avoid coffee, tea on an empty stomach.
-he should have a soft semi solid diet which is bland and easy to digest.
-Avoid self medicating.
-drink plenty of water.

His current symptoms warrant a visit to his doctor right away.
If he developa a fever, excruciating pain, uncontrollable vomiting, blood in stools or vomit, discoloration of skin, he should visit the ER right away.
Please convince him to seek medical attention right away.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.
Wish you good health
